Job Title: Renovation Carpenter

Responsibilities:
Execute carpentry tasks, including framing, installation of doors and windows, and finish carpentry work.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications and requirements.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during all renovation activities.
Work closely with other tradespeople, contractors, and Site Leads to ensure the successful completion of renovation projects.
Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the renovation process and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carpenter, with a focus on renovation work.
Proficient in the use of carpentry tools and equipment.
Strong knowledge of construction and renovation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Certifications:
Red Seal Carpenter or Apprentice is an added bonus but not required.

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20-24 hours per week, could potentially lead to full time

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office files, including organizing, labeling, and archiving documents.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
Assist in budgeting and financial management tasks, such as tracking expenses and preparing reports.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff members.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for meetings.
Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes.
Provide general administrative support to the office team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using Quickbooks.
Knowledge of budgeting principles is a plus.
